Anderson Car Washes ("Anderson," "we," "us," or "our") operates car wash locations in York, Mechanicsburg, Etters, and Stevens, Pennsylvania — including the Anderson, Ducky's, and Lanco Wash N Shine locations — and the website andersoncarwashes.com (together, the "Services"). - Payment information. When you buy a wash or a membership, payment is processed by our payment processors. We receive confirmation of your payment and limited card details (such as the last four digits); we do not store your full card number.
- Vehicle information. For wash club memberships, we may collect vehicle details and license plate information so our equipment can recognize your vehicle at the pay station.
- Website usage information. When you use our website, we may collect standard log information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed). Our website uses only the cookies needed for it to function and does not use advertising trackers.
- On-site cameras. Our wash locations use security cameras for safety and loss prevention. Camera footage may capture vehicles and license plates on our premises.
- Communications. If you email, call, or message us, we keep a record of that communication so we can respond and help you.
